The Quad Cities Earth Coalition (QCEC) is a registered nonprofit organization, achieving charitable status in 2005. The purpose of QCEC is to actively pursue, promote and provide resources for the purposes of environmental stewardship, awareness of conservation issues,  best practices for resource management, and understanding of personal responsibility in creating a sustainable environment.
